The mission of the KTC is to ensure that all trekkers leave the region having their minds absolutely blown.    Our expert guides, horsemen and cooks will strive to ensure the following at all costs:

• Extras like camping chairs and inflatable day beds for maximized comfort and epic sundownders in the mountains

• Outdoor games like Finska and bowls to be enjoyed on the mountain meadows;

• The best fishing the Kashmir has to offer, Aslam and his brothers know all the great secret spots where you can be sure to land those juicy rainbow trouts

• Safe passages between camp sites, never taking any risk that cannot be mitigated;

• Healthy, organic and delicious cooked foods made from locally cultivated grains, eggs, vegetables, meats and glacier fresh mountain water;

• An abundance of mountain fresh drinking water;

• Founder, Marc Schroeder, will be on all treks throughout the summer season, therefore you will have an English contact at all times

  • Marc is trained in basic first aid and is CPR proficient and will be able to assist if the event of any medical situations arising.​

 

Our mission is to also ensure that you have a smooth trip from when you arrive at Delhi International to when you depart.   This is one of the main reasons why the Kashmir Trekking Company was born.  Founder, Marc Schroeder, was subjected to a horrific series of being swindled and manipulated along his journey to the Kashmir.  He has now paved the way for a 'worry free' route to the mountains where guests can be rest assured that they will not be exposed to any masterful con artists that the region is infamous for.
